About the Farmer

I grow micro greens to order using a passive hydroponic technique from organic seeds on coconut coir, in food-grade containers and sell live micro greens. I am certified Permaculture Design.

This growing process is key and makes my micro greens clean, free of pesticides & fertilizers and safe for anyone to enjoy! I even play sound bowls for the seeds.

Shorecrest Microgreens is an urban vertical hydroponic micro greens farm located in Miami, Florida. This sprouted during the COVID-19 pandemic as a way to stay positive and have fresh foods. It is my intention to provide fresh, delicious, and nutritious micro greens in my community.
